Comfortable bed and good location During our city trip, we stayed in a hotel with a comfortable bed that allowed us to rest well at night. the hotel had an excellent location, making it easy for us to explore the city's attractions without transportation. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered a delicious and abundant breakfast buffet, which gave us the energy to start our day.
Dirty room and rude staff Unfortunately, our experience wasn't entirely positive, as we found that our room was dirty and poorly maintained.

Hotel with the good affable personnel and comfortable spacious numbers.
But there are two big minuses: 1. In the mornings at restaurant on 9th floor move chairs and it is audible on all floors. 2. In hotel there are no tablets "not to disturb", therefore the cleaning service disturbs to rest.

The staff is very friendly, felt like at home.
Franky speaking they don't understand English, as international hotel is a must for the staff. Its nice hotel but its not match with the price that I pay. With the price that I pay, I can get better services, no free coffee in the room, no water kettle to make a hot water. Food for breakfast is not an International Standards, need to be review. I send an email to them and asked for activities that I can do there during my trip there, no answer until checked out from this hotel.

The hotel is situated in a tourist area near Ha Long Bay, providing easy access to the stunning natural beauty of the bay. the rooms are clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. the bathroom facilities are well-maintained, with fresh and pleasant toiletries and linen. the breakfast buffet is plentiful and satisfying, ensuring a good start to the day.
There are limited TV channels available, which may not meet the preferences of all guests.
